I get a lot of requests to take photos of vacation rentals, I am in partnership with Evolve Vacation Network. I get photo assignments here locally and sometimes a few miles out of town. I enjoy the occasional out of town drive. Sometimes I get to take photos of “vacation rentals” just a mile or so away from my house. Here is a fun little house that what just minutes away. Have you noticed property owners leaving the traditional rental market for the vacation rental market? I guess a lot of it depends on your property and the location. Seems like the people that I talk to like it and it works for them.
